Jaco Kroon (Owner)

Jaco has completed his BSc.Hons (Computer Science) at the University of Pretoria in 2004. He has been employed by the department of Computer Science since 2003 during his graduate studies to provide support for the Linux servers owned by the department, and for general support to the staff. This trend was continued at CSS Tirisano, with the addition of EMC Storage devices. During 2006 Jaco was employed as a full-time software engineer developing high-tech networking systems.

Additionally Jaco is one of the leading Linux experts in the world, being one of eighteen people to have obtained the LPIC-3 certification, and one of eleven to have obtained the accompanying LPIC-302 specialization (Mixed Environments).
